At Aveniwear, we strive to deliver every order quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS (where available) with your tracking details.


2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver orders across India.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Any Free Shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be clearly mentioned on our website.


4. Delivery Delays

Although we work hard to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Aveniwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. Track Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email or SMS (where available). You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status with the courier partner.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Aveniwear cannot be held responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request promptly and provide a resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
