Return & Refund Policy

At Aveniwear, we are committed to providing quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@aveniwear.in with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for products confirmed to be:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

Once your return is approved and the product has been inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

If your request is approved, you may choose one of the following (subject to availability):

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Exchange for the correct item (if applicable)

  • Full refund

Approved replacement or exchange orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Personal preference regarding colour, style, or fit.

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

  • Return requests made after the 5-day return period.


6. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • Aveniwear will arrange a return pickup whenever possible.

  • If pickup is unavailable, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification.

For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


7. Product Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Aveniwear reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible requests after delivery will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
